When registered in Germany to S.P. Helicopter Service GmbH as D-HRIT with Mode-S Hex: 3E0067, this helicopter was slightly damaged on July 25, 2001, in an emergency landing at Stein near Fürth in Bavaria while on a photo flight from Rothenburg ob der Tauber. No injuries were reported to the two crew members. It was reported substantially damaged in a hard landing on August 25, 2002, after the tail rotor failed while hovering at the Augsburg Mühlhausen Airport severing its tail boom.
